Barlic Digital Solutions provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, and brand strategy services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) provided to each client.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to pause services if accounts fall more than 30 days into arrears.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, clients own the final deliverables (e.g., website code, final logo designs, ad accounts). Barlic Digital Solutions retains the right to use non-confidential project deliverables in our portfolio and marketing materials. Working files, proprietary strategies, and internal tools remain the property of Barlic Digital Solutions.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, and trade secrets strictly confidential. We will not share your data, customer lists, or internal metrics with third parties without explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence and employ data-driven strategies, Barlic Digital Solutions cannot guarantee specific financial results, search engine rankings, or sales volumes. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barlic Digital Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
